Retired Police Lt. Kevin Higgins selected the E-Bike Raffle winner on July 16th. Lee Cullen, a seasonal visitor to Brewster, and her daughter won the bikes with ticket #122. Bob Tucker, Nauset Rotary invited Kevin to our meeting to select the winner. Club members celebrated the conclusion of a successful fund raiser.
